It generally starts with a phone call and later meeting with you and your team in person. Depending on the need, it can be just a few minutes or several hours.
Our goal is a complete understanding of your requirements as well determining whether we can work together effectively.
Listening to you plays a large part in this process. You are the most qualified to explain the problem and how you feel it should be handled. We will ask questions until we both feel comfortable we understand what you want. We try to get as much information about what your organization does, and how the problem impacts its ability to meet business goals.
We may determine our skills are not a good match for your needs and hope you keep us in mind for future projects.
You may determine our approach is not what you are looking for, or just are not comfortable with us. Don't worry we don't take it personally, it's better to make that determination now. It works both ways; we have to have a level of trust to make this work.
There may be times when we determine you could save yourself a significant amount of money if you dealt with someone else. We'll tell you and hope you will call us in the future.
